📋 Description

• Partner with clinicians and operational teams to optimize workflows • Design and maintain solutions • Support testing • Enhance the patient experience through technology

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, bachelor's degree preferred. • 3 or more years of related application build experience required • Minimum of 2 years of build experience within responsible software applications. Specific knowledge, certifications, and licensure will apply at the position level • MyChart Certified or proficient in MyChart and/or related Epic applications upon hire, with certification or vendor-supported proficiency maintained in good standing • Clinical background with experience in healthcare workflows, Epic MyChart experience, and the ability to translate patient care needs into effective technology solutions • Previous experience in information technology and/or electronic health record software preferred • Technical expert in Information systems, business applications, and/or EHR applications • Ability to explain or demonstrate technology in a manner suited to the audience (i.e., business, clinical or technical staff) • Proven ability to lead a team and successfully complete both short and long-term assignments • Experience using project management methodology
