📋 Description

• Provide on-site evaluation, maintenance, and repair services for Upright CT and Patient Positioning devices and other products • Interface with key customer contacts on equipment issues • Ensure satisfaction to primary customers • Maintain communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up • Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service reports and internal service records • Identify Sales opportunities and communicate to the sales team • Work as a team member to provide efficient and cost-effective service delivery • Complete all administration tasks on time • Teach and assist other Field Engineers on advanced and complex troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline (Electronics, Mechatronics, Software, etc.) preferred • Associate’s degree, technical/vocational training, military experience with electronics or relevant domain experience • A good understanding of a service operation • Good external customer-facing skills • Proven experience maintaining complex electro-mechanical systems • Experience with medical devices such as Linear accelerators, MRI, CT or similar modalities an advantage • Excellent trouble-shooting skills • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Experience working with Salesforce is beneficial • A valid driving license is required • Able to travel internationally.
