📋 Description

• Develop and manage installation timelines for all incoming projects and districts, ensuring schedules are accurately scoped, resourced, and communicated across teams. • Verify project readiness by confirming all installation requirements, site details, and dependencies are met prior to launch. • Coordinate all aspects of project logistics including vendor badging, onsite access, equipment delivery, networking, and cabling from planning through completion. • Partner with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery of equipment, resolving any shortages or issues that arise. • Optimize installation routes, schedules, and resource allocation to drive operational efficiency and profitability. • Maintain consistent and transparent communication with Project Managers and cross-functional partners regarding installation schedules and progress updates. • Provide operational and administrative support to executives, managers, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of tasks. • Take ownership of assigned projects, driving accountability, follow-through, and successful completion of deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Scheduling Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or in a similar administrative, logistics, or project support role. • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time management skills. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to ensure clear coordination and issue resolution. • Ability to pivot, multitask, and apply critical thinking to resolve complex challenges. • Takes initiative and demonstrates accountability for assigned tasks and projects. • Works effectively with cross-functional teams including onboarding, operations, and customer success. • Skilled in scheduling tools (MS Outlook, Google Calendar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
