📋 Description
• support the financial performance and operational analytics for business operations • compile and analyze volume, productivity, staffing, savings, vendor, and cost data • build recurring reports and executive-ready presentations • maintain trackers; validating assumptions with operational partners; identifying trends, risks, and opportunities • support forecast and reconciliation work; and translating complex financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership • handle complex and high-level financial analysis • present and discuss analysis with upper management
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience • 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
