📋 Description

• Provide sales and service support to achieve sales retention, growth and profitability goals • Assist Account Executives/Account Managers with development of sales/renewal strategy • Develop and maintain successful employer group and agent relationships • Provide phone and email back-up for sales managers • Respond to phone and e-mail inquiries from internal and external customers • Resolve customer and agent issues through research and investigation • Develop and complete new and renewing business proposals • Ensure accuracy of new business group quote request forms • Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with underwriting

🎯 Requirements

• College degree desirable • Minimum three years health insurance/managed care sales support experience or similar experience in the health insurance/managed care field • Valid health and life license preferred in applicable state(s)
