• Analyzes the contact center's workload • Builds resourcing and optimizes scheduling plans • Develops staffing schedules • Analyzes contact center patterns • Evaluates results of forecasted workload • Analyzes data using centralized vs. decentralized queue strategy • Assesses contact center staff’s productivity • Maintains accurate records of schedules • Ensures scheduled reports on effectiveness and efficiencies • Assists in developing policies and procedures
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • 2 - 4 years of related experience • Ability to prioritize • Perform independent decision making • Manage time effectively
