📋 Description

‱ Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, business objectives, and process improvement opportunities ‱ Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements for CRM enhancements and new capabilities ‱ Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria ‱ Collaborate with Product Owners, Technology teams, and business partners throughout the software development lifecycle ‱ Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and system enhancements ‱ Support the design, testing, implementation, and validation of CRM enhancements and product releases ‱ Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, document test results, and coordinate issue resolution ‱ Create and maintain process documentation, business requirements, and workflows ‱ Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide meaningful insights ‱ Support change management by developing training materials, communicating system changes, and assisting users during implementation ‱ Monitor system performance, user feedback, and business metrics for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience ‱ Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements ‱ Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and business process improvement initiatives ‱ Strong understanding of lead managements, sales operations, workflow automation, and customer engagement processes ‱ Experience creating process maps, business requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria ‱ Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills ‱ Experience supporting Agile project delivery and collaborating with cross-functional teams ‱ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ‱ Travel up to 20%
