📋 Description

• Contributes to administration of utilization management • Works within specific guidelines and procedures; applies advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems • Receives assignments in the form of goals and determines approach, resources, schedules, and goals • Provides non-clinical support for the procedures ensuring best treatment, care or services for members • Makes decisions related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area • Requires cross departmental collaboration, and conducts briefings and area meetings; maintains frequent contact with other managers across the department

🎯 Requirements

• Prior demonstrated experience with process improvement or process design and implementation roles • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and database software proficiency • Progressive experience in the health service industry, healthcare finance or healthcare related consulting • Experience with strategic planning, customer retention programs, and primary and secondary research processes • Strategic thinking and business planning capabilities; organized and detail-oriented • Demonstrated presentation skills • Willingness to manage and prioritize diverse projects & reports • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
