📋 Description

• Solve complex business problems using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. • Define the tools and practices used to transform data into impactful insights. • Influence department's strategy. • Make decisions on issues regarding technical approach for project components. • Perform work without direction and exercise considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis OR Master's degree and 3+ years of experience. • Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations. • Experience analyzing data to solve different business problems and create data visualizations that move strategic direction. • Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data. • Experience with Star Schema and Source of Truth discipline. • Must be able to work within the EST time zone. • Preferred: Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. • Advanced in SQL, SAS and other data systems. • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Qlik for creating data visualizations. • Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and predictive modeling. • Experience creating analytics solutions for multiple healthcare sectors.
