• Solve complex business problems using data from various sources • Define tools and practices to transform data into impactful insights • Influence department's strategy and make technical decisions • Collaborate with the Director of Business Intelligence • Create data visualizations that guide strategic direction
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis OR Master's degree and 3+ years of experience • Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations • Experience analyzing data to solve different business problems and create data visualizations • Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data • Proficiency in communication to senior and executive leadership
