📋 Description

• Respond to and resolve daily support requests via Slack and tickets • Manage user access and identity across Google Workspace, GitHub, Notion, 1Password, and other SaaS platforms • Handle onboarding, offboarding, seats, licenses, permissions, roles, and policies • Administer SaaS and tooling, including account provisioning, license management, vendor tool vetting, and integrations • Automate processes using Terraform, API-driven Python scripts, Slack self-service workflows, monitoring snippets, and bots • Support security operations, including YubiKey setup, onboarding, access reviews, and security policy questions • Execute deployments and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines • Operate GCP services including Cloud Run, IAM, Cloud Functions, and Cloud SQL • Operate Cloudflare services including DNS, WAF, and Access • Create and maintain operational documentation and runbooks • Learn Web3/blockchain operations hands-on • Work across European and US time zones in a high-compliance remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT engineering, systems administration, IT operations, or MSP roles • Demonstrable scripting experience in Python, Go, JavaScript, or Bash to automate repetitive work • Hands-on experience running real workloads on a public cloud; GCP ideal, any major provider accepted • Strong Linux/Unix fundamentals • Experience administering Google Workspace or an equivalent identity platform and a multi-SaaS stack • Experience with roles, policies, permissions, and licenses • Solid Git/GitHub knowledge and comfort with CI/CD concepts • Excellent written English • Documentation-first, process-oriented mindset • Comfortable working with AI-assisted tooling • Nice to have: deep GCP experience, Terraform/IaC, Cloudflare, SOC 2 or ISO 27001 exposure, and Web3/blockchain curiosity • Prior Web3 experience is a plus, not a requirement
