📋 Description

• Respond to and resolve daily support requests from the team via Slack and tickets • Manage user access and identity across Google Workspace, GitHub, Notion, 1Password, and other SaaS tools • Handle onboarding, offboarding, seats, licenses, and permissions • Administer SaaS and tooling, including account provisioning and vendor tools • Execute deployments and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD release pipelines • Operate and maintain GCP infrastructure including Cloud Run, IAM, Cloud Functions, and networking • Manage Cloudflare, including DNS, WAF, and Access • Create and maintain operational documentation and runbooks • Build and run monitoring and alerting across applications and backend services • Lead infrastructure initiatives end to end, including migrations, deprecations, environment hardening, and hosting for internal apps and databases • Learn Web3 and blockchain operations hands-on • Work across European and US timezones in a high-compliance environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in DevOps, platform, infrastructure, or strong IT/sysadmin roles • Strong Linux/Unix fundamentals and Bash/Python scripting • Hands-on cloud experience, ideally GCP, including Cloud Run, IAM, and networking • CI/CD experience, ideally GitHub Actions • Solid Git/GitHub skills • Experience owning Cloudflare, DNS, and web-layer security • Excellent written English • Documentation-first and process-oriented mindset • Comfortable working with AI-assisted tooling • Terraform/IaC experience is a nice-to-have • Exposure to SOC2 or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks is a nice-to-have • Curiosity about Web3/blockchain is a nice-to-have • Prior Web3 experience is a plus, not a requirement • Ability to work in a fully remote European-base environment and overlap US hours when needed
