📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive cognitive assessments and document baseline cognitive profiles. • Develop personalized cognitive remediation treatment plans based on patient needs. • Use structured interventions (computer-based and therapist-led) to improve cognitive skills. • Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as appropriate. • Provide education, support, and counseling to patients and caregivers about goals, progress, and cognitive health strategies. • Collaborate closely with neurologists and multidisciplinary clinical teams. • Maintain detailed clinical documentation and adhere to HIPAA and clinic quality standards. • Participate in case review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of therapy protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, or related therapeutic field • Full professional license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, OTR/L, SLP-CCC) or equivalent credentials as applicable in Texas • Demonstrated experience with cognitive therapy, cognitive remediation techniques, or neurorehabilitation • Strong documentation, assessment, and clinical communication skills
