📋 Description
• Perform remote physical therapy evaluations via secure video platform • Complete clinical assessments and establish individualized plans of care • Complete all evaluation documentation and required Medicare Part B paperwork • Collaborate with COTA's and our clinical support team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Current Texas Occupational Therapist License • Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred • Strong orthopedic and geriatric assessment skills • Comfortable utilizing telehealth technology • Excellent communication and documentation skills
