• Provide virtual clinical and administrative support to neurology clinics in the United States • Assist with patient scheduling, follow-ups, and appointment coordination • Contact patients by phone to confirm appointments and gather necessary information • Assist with patient intake and documentation • Update and maintain accurate patient information in the EHR • Assist clinical staff with medical records and documentation • Coordinate referrals, orders, and other patient-related administrative tasks • Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, medical assistants, and other healthcare staff • Follow HIPAA and company policies regarding patient confidentiality and protected health information • Provide excellent patient support and customer service
• Based in Mexico • Completed healthcare-related degree in Mexico, such as Medicine, Nursing, Psychology, or a related healthcare field • Bilingual English/Spanish – required • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal • Comfortable communicating with patients by phone • Strong computer and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • High attention to detail and professionalism • Reliable internet connection and suitable home-office environment • Availability to work U.S. clinic hours/time zones • Experience working in a medical clinic or healthcare setting preferred • Experience with U.S. healthcare/medical clinics highly preferred • Experience in neurology or other specialty clinics preferred • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems preferred • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred • Experience with patient scheduling and medical documentation preferred • Familiarity with HIPAA and U.S. healthcare workflows preferred
