📋 Description

• Advise farmers on business creation, development, and succession projects • Provide legal advice on rural law, civil and commercial company law, and taxation • Draft legal documents, including articles of association, general meeting documents, transfer agreements, and leases • Complete the required formalities while ensuring legal compliance and meeting deadlines • Conduct interviews, consultations, and analyses, and formalize the solutions selected • Collaborate with accountants, business advisers, wealth management consultants, environmental specialists, and tax advisers • Monitor regulatory developments • Manage engagement letters, invoicing, and the collection of receivables related to legal services

🎯 Requirements

• At least seven years of successful experience providing advice to and working directly with farmers • Strong foundation in law and taxation • Excellent listening, analytical, and summarization skills • Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders • Organized and self-reliant in managing cases • Ability to work as part of a team • Travel within the Côtes-d’Armor department required
