📋 Description

• Translate strategic concepts and new product ideas into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Partner with stakeholders to define business objectives, use cases, target audiences, and success metrics. • Conduct competitive, market and regulatory research to ensure products meet accreditation, compliance, industry standards, and support new product opportunities to shape roadmap decisions. • Lead the full product lifecycle – from discovery and definition through build, QA, launch, and post-release optimization. • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to assess feasibility, define scope, and manage timelines and dependencies. • Drive cross-functional alignment with Technology, Content, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales to deliver on time and to standard. • Identify risks and remove blockers proactively to maintain delivery momentum. • Serve as the primary point of contact for launch readiness, ensuring materials, workflows, and internal communications are complete. • Track post-launch performance against KPIs and develop insights to guide future enhancements or iterations. • Support go-to-market planning, messaging, and enablement in partnership with Marketing and Sales teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably in edtech, SaaS, or content-driven platforms. • Proven track record of taking new product ideas from concept to launch. • Strong skills in requirements gathering, user story writing, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. • Experience working with engineering and design teams on customer-facing solutions. • Familiarity with accreditation, compliance, or regulatory environments (especially in CE, education, or financial services) a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and analytical skills.
