📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of features (design → deployment → support) • Build scalable, maintainable systems for evolving product needs • Partner with product to clarify requirements and deliver practical solutions • Improve reliability and code quality through strong engineering practices • Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and maintaining production-grade systems • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity • Ability to independently define solutions and contribute to architecture • Track record of shipping high-quality software in fast-paced environments • Strong engineering fundamentals (testing, clean code, maintainability) • Experience improving system performance and reliability • Strong code review skills and a mindset of raising engineering standards • Willingness to participate in on-call and incident response • Experience working with sensitive data and security best practices (PII) • Experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code and MCP servers. • Nice to Have: Experience with microservices or distributed systems, data-intensive platforms, MDM, reducing technical debt, improving developer productivity through CI/CD and tooling.
