📋 Description

• Conduct evaluations and audits at education and training providers • Assess the approval of training measures • Review provider and measure documentation as part of certification procedures • Document audit and evaluation reports • Prepare well-founded assessment reports for submission to the internal decision-making process • Communicate with providers to clarify questions or request missing information • Collaborate with the certification body as part of certification decisions • Provide specialist input for the further development of audit methodologies • Optionally participate in special cases, formal statements, or appeal proceedings

🎯 Requirements

• You work analytically, systematically, and responsibly, both independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and diplomatic judgment • Confident use of digital applications, including MS Office, CRM systems, and standard software • Excellent written German communication skills • A background in education, public administration, or business administration is an advantage. • At least three years of professional experience with an AZAV-approved provider is required, ideally in a position of responsibility, such as Program Manager, Site Manager, or Quality Management Officer. • Alternatively, experience with another competent body • In-depth knowledge of Book III of the German Social Code (SGB III), the AZAV, and operational processes within provider organizations
