• Support the VP of Strategic Growth & Partnerships in the management expansion of key accounts across MGA, broker, TPA, and reinsurance relationships. • Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day partner inquiries, ensuring timely communication and effective resolution of issues. • Collaborate closely with underwriting, claims, compliance, operations, and other shared services teams to deliver seamless support to partners. • Assist in the development and execution of account management strategies that enhance partner engagement and drive profitable growth. • Track and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for growth, cross-sell, and improved program outcomes. • Coordinate partner review meetings, including agenda preparation, presentation support, and follow-up actions. • Maintain CRM and account management tools to ensure data accuracy and actionable reporting for senior leadership. • Support business development efforts by leveraging existing partner relationships and helping identify expansion opportunities. • Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives designed to strengthen Crum & Forster’s market position.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, account management, or related field; Accident & Health experience a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Ability to travel
