📋 Description

• Support, further development and optimization of company-wide business applications • Ensure system stability, data quality and process harmonization • Analyze and document business processes in close collaboration with the business departments • Review and evaluate requirements • Derive IT solutions and produce technical and functional specifications • Coordinate and perform system adjustments, customizations and testing • Coordinate external and internal resources • Plan and implement IT projects and take on (partial) project leadership • Train and advise key users and business units

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience supporting business IT applications (ERP, CRM, Data Platform, PIM) • Experience with Klopotek ERP and Celanio • Solid knowledge in business process analysis and process modelling as well as in advising business units • Experience with customizing as well as working with interfaces and data structures • Experience in IT project management and in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders • Confident handling of SQL and databases, and ideally good programming skills (e.g. Java) or scripting languages • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with strong analytical skills • Very good German and English skills
