📋 Description

• Develop and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform focused on managing programs, projects, portfolios, stage-gates, CAPEX, milestones, performance indicators, and executive dashboards • Work on strategic portfolio, program, and corporate initiative management projects • Support decision-making and strategic monitoring of the organization's initiatives • Perform process modeling and configure the ServiceNow platform • Develop solutions aligned with business needs • Build reports and management dashboards to monitor results
