📋 Description
• Lead the development of population health analytics and dashboards that identify opportunities in cost, quality, and utilization. • Conduct analyses to pinpoint care gaps, high-cost drivers, and variation across populations and providers. • Translate complex data into actionable strategies that guide clinical and operational priorities. • Work closely with the Medical Director to design and implement programs that address identified gaps. • Coordinate between analytics, care teams, and product to ensure insights become embedded in day-to-day practice. • Partner with Product and Data teams to enhance tools that surface actionable insights for care teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in population health, medical economics, managed care, or healthcare analytics. • Strong understanding of claims data, cost/utilization modeling, and quality measurement frameworks (e.g., HEDIS, Stars, MLR). • Proven ability to translate data insights into operational programs. • Experience partnering with clinicians and care teams to drive performance. • Excellent communicator who can distill complexity into clarity for diverse stakeholders. • Passion for transforming cardiovascular outcomes through technology and systems thinking.
