• Structure and manage data in customer relationship management systems • Complete quality assurance related to data standards and accuracy • Manage email and SMS campaign deployment across a range of initiatives • Administer HubSpot (forms, consent and subscription types, contacts and segmentation, workflows, automation, reporting dashboards) • Implement platform updates and enhancements without custom coding • Maintain data integrity, naming conventions and configuration standards • Participate in QA for new pages, forms, workflows and releases • Provide internal training, guides and documentation on platform features and standard tasks
• 3-5 years of experience working with HubSpot or similar platforms • College or university degree in Marketing, Digital Communications or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong technical aptitude without a need for developer level coding skills • Experience configuring workflows, forms, permissions and automation in CRM platforms • Strong documentation skills and a systems thinking approach to platforms and data • Ability to translate business needs into technical configuration with clear rationale • Experience working across multiple platforms, teams and business units, while following governance, standards and roadmaps for web and digital platforms and coaching others on platform use and configuration standards • Ability to travel occasionally to internal meetings or client engagements
