📋 Description
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft BI technologies • Build and maintain data models across cloud and on-premise data sources • Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and subject matter experts across Sales, Product, HR, and Finance • Gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver analytics solutions • Translate complex business data into actionable visualisations and insights • Use LLM-based assistants and AI agents to accelerate analysis, discover insights, and detect anomalies • Advocate for data and analytics and drive adoption of self-service analytics • Build system-wide analytical capability • Monitor emerging analytics and applied AI technologies and recommend improvements to tooling and approaches
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role • Ability to deliver complex reporting solutions independently across multiple domains • Experience solving analytical challenges across Sales, Marketing, Finance, or HR • Experience translating business requirements into data models, visualisations, and dashboards • Familiarity with or openness to AI-assisted analytics tools • Strong SQL knowledge and data preparation capability • Experience with ETL/ELT processes • Solid understanding of data modelling principles • Ability to communicate complex data and analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work across business domains and shifting priorities • Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI is a strong advantage • English-language CV required
