📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft BI technologies • Build and maintain data models across cloud and on-premise data sources • Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and subject matter experts across Sales, Product, HR, and Finance • Gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions that drive business performance • Translate complex business concepts and data into actionable visualisations and insights • Use LLM-based assistants and AI agents to accelerate analysis, discover insights, and detect anomalies • Advocate for data and analytics and drive adoption of self-service analytics • Build system-wide analytical capability • Stay current on emerging analytics and applied AI technologies and recommend improvements to tooling and approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Position based in Bulgaria • Must hold a valid work/residence permit for Bulgaria • At least 3 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role • Ability to deliver complex reporting solutions independently across multiple domains • Experience solving analytical challenges across domains such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, or HR • Experience translating business requirements into data models, visualisations, and dashboards • Familiarity with or openness to AI-assisted analytics tools • Strong SQL knowledge and data preparation capability • Comfortable working across ETL/ELT processes • Solid understanding of data modelling principles • Ability to communicate complex data and analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders • Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI is a strong advantage • Experience in a SaaS business and knowledge of ARR, churn, and retention is an advantage • Hands-on experience with AI tools for analytics, Python, Snowflake, dbt, Azure, or BigQuery is an advantage • Must submit CV in English
