• Design digital flyers and promotional materials for properties, leasing events, and company announcements. • Create engaging social media content including graphics, templates, and visual assets across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). • Support website design updates and visual content management. • Assist with logo design, branding refreshes, and maintaining brand consistency across all materials. • Develop and maintain branded templates for recurring marketing needs (newsletters, announcements, signage, etc.). • Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics Manager to align creative content with advertising campaigns and ILS platform requirements. • Resize and adapt existing creative assets for use across multiple platforms and formats. • Manage and organize a digital asset library of approved graphics, logos, photos, and templates. • Support the production of virtual tours, video content, or other multimedia assets as needed. • Ensure all creative work adheres to CMG brand standards and reflects a professional, consistent image. • Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) — required. • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, creative marketing, or a related field. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or equivalent) — preferred. • Proficient in Canva — required. • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital design, social media content, and branding. • Experience with website content management or basic web design preferred. • Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for visual content. • Strong eye for design, typography, color, and brand consistency. • Ability to take creative direction and produce work aligned with brand guidelines. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. • Experience in real estate, property management, or affordable housing marketing is a plus.
