• We’re on the lookout for a Talent Partner to be embedded with one of our most exciting clients in India. • You'll be the driving force behind their hiring strategy, working inside their business as part of our Chapter 2 embedded model. • Own end-to-end hiring processes across multiple departments, from strategy to delivery. • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor. • Use data and insights to guide decision-making and continuously optimise recruitment outcomes. • Champion the use of modern tools, platforms, and AI to drive sourcing and hiring performance.
• 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruiting across both generalist and technical roles. • A sharp eye for talent and a consultative approach with stakeholders. • A strategic mindset — you think beyond short-term hires • Experience sourcing for high-growth, fast-paced environments. • A passion for tech, innovation, and the changing world of work. • You’re adaptable, proactive, and thrive when you’re trusted to make an impact.
