• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technical projects across the APAC region • Oversee design and development of digital, video, and written content for a major client • Support guest experiences through content management systems, demonstration and event tools, and event-space management tools • Coordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes, action items, project-plan tasks, costs, and risks • Schedule vendors against commissioning and first-day-of-business deadlines, adapting schedules as required • Track platform product releases and coordinate deployment activities • Coordinate dependencies among teams designing, delivering, and supporting products and projects • Provide end-to-end project leadership for experiential installations in client event and experience spaces • Act as technical subject matter expert across software tooling, cloud solutions, networking, security, privacy, compliance, creative technology hardware/software, and system commissioning • Oversee on-site installation and management of external vendor-provided components • Ensure technical design intent is developed, documented, understood, and fulfilled through design and production meetings, site visits, and deliverable reviews • Identify, resolve, and escalate gaps, conflicts, and misalignments on behalf of the client • Manage budgets for equipment, content, and development through design, installation, handover, and closeout • Review written, visual, and technical deliverables and flag technical, financial, schedule, and experiential risks • Develop approval and acceptance criteria and document stakeholder approvals • Coordinate vendor design and production schedules and integrate milestones into the master project schedule • Manage development of media, interactive content, and control interfaces with content creators and software developers • Oversee specialty fabrication vendors’ shop drawings and installation production • Coordinate with AV integrators, client infrastructure, and project management teams • Participate in prototype reviews and playtesting • Oversee commissioning and handover of spaces, software, content, and activations • Develop lifecycle, maintenance, and service-level agreement strategies with client AV and operations teams and external design agencies
• Experience as a Technical Producer, Technical Project Manager, Producer, or similar delivery role • Strong understanding of software development, lifecycles, and technical delivery practices • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities • Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and similar • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with project management/controls tools and methodologies, including Primavera, Planera, ProCore, Aconex, Power BI, Smartsheet, Bluebeam Revu, MS 365, and Google Suite • Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management techniques • Working knowledge of product life cycles, software and content development life cycles, and design and construction project life cycles • Familiarity with project management tools for scheduling, risk tracking, and budgeting • Experience managing design and delivery processes for physical installations and digital content • Direct experience with iterative design processes, rapid prototyping, and playtesting • Fundamental understanding of show control system design and approach • Ability to read and comprehend technical documents, including AV system drawings, engineering and architectural drawings, software architecture diagrams, wiring schematics, schedules, test reports, and commissioning documents • Software engineering experience is not required, but familiarity with API use, open source/shared protocols, web-based applications, object-oriented development, software frameworks and platforms, User Interface Design, User Experience Optimization, network architecture, cloud-based data management systems, HTML, C++, and Java is advantageous • Submit a current resume/CV • Submit a brief cover letter outlining relevant Technical Producer experience, preferred APAC location(s), employment preference, and availability to commence
