📋 Description

• Build, configure and maintain automated workflows (e.g., RPA, Power Automate, Camunda, UiPath) • Operational support: system monitoring, error analysis and ensuring technical quality • Maintain and further develop platforms and interfaces (API handling, data flows) • Technical troubleshooting and optimization of existing process solutions • Documentation and collaboration using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) • Integration of platforms such as HubSpot (CRM) and Microsoft 365 into the process landscape • Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture and support colleagues — also beyond your own area of responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in IT, automation, digital processes — or equivalent practical experience • Practical experience in the operational support of digital processes, ideally with tools such as Power Automate, Camunda, UiPath or similar • Confident use of Microsoft 365 and its integration into process platforms • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira & Confluence as well as CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) • Technical understanding of APIs, data integration and platform operations • Independent, structured working style with a strong focus on quality • Good communication skills for working with business units, IT and project stakeholders • Fluent English skills, spoken and written; additional languages welcome
