📋 Description

• Further develop an established product area within the Product Team • Take responsibility for products in the Accounting & Fiscalisation domain • Contribute to the strategy of the Revenue Cluster • Manage and structure the Product Backlog in collaboration with Engineering and Delivery teams • Conduct discovery activities and manage stakeholders • Balance market requirements, product development, and execution • Modernize existing legacy solutions • Drive the future-ready development of the product area • Monitor market, compliance, and regulatory developments • Derive relevant product requirements • Define and analyze suitable metrics to evaluate the success and adoption of developments

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner, along with practical knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Payment, or a related financial sector • Alternatively, a professional background in Accounting, Finance, Payment, or a related financial sector, combined with a willingness to acquire targeted Product Management knowledge • Understanding of complex business requirements, with the ability to structure them and translate them into clear product decisions • Experience in backlog management, prioritization, and discovery, as well as in collaborating with Engineering teams • Ability to maintain an overview and set clear priorities, even in dynamic and challenging situations • Fluent written and spoken English • Very clear and proactive communication skills • Good German language skills are an advantage • A traditional Product Owner or Product Management certification is not required; practical experience and a willingness to take on responsibility are more important
