📋 Description

• Manage water, wastewater, and stormwater projects from development of project proposals through completion, providing environmentally friendly and cost-effective solutions • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships • Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors • Lead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operations • Develop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management Plan • Communicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required • Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required; minimum of 2 years of project management experience required • Professional Engineer (PE) license required • Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks • Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office • Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and business practices related to engineering • Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills • Effective verbal and written communication abilities • Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred • Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred
