📋 Description

• Deliver solutions for key accounting so clients thrive and prosper • Own onboarding, support, product tickets, and the full client lifecycle • Directly solve client issues without waiting for others • Work with strategic partners to help clients maximize Chatarmin and achieve measurable business success • Participate in operations and feedback loops to improve the product • Handle multiple projects simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of API calls and webhooks • Ability to read and understand JSON and API documentation • Practical experience prompting LLMs • Enjoyment of direct customer engagement and efficient issue resolution • High stress resistance • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to handle 10 projects simultaneously • Self-managed, disciplined, and proactive • Genuine interest in technology, startups, and building meaningful products • Preferably living in Vienna • Must live in Europe • Fluency in German and English, spoken and written, is mandatory
