📋 Description

• Coordinate ongoing contract renewals through a structured pipeline • Monitor expiring contracts and upcoming renewals while considering customer requirements and individual setups • Identify stalled renewals early and ensure contracts are renewed on time • Build customer relationships and support customers by phone and email • Set up renewal campaigns with other teams • Inform customers about changes and pursue upselling opportunities • Maintain and further develop the CRM system • Document campaigns and customer interactions • Independently create quotes and support tenders • Ensure support services and subscriptions are billed correctly • Coordinate commercial details with Legal, Finance, and Operations • Identify applications for AI-supported tools and help integrate them into renewal processes • Develop workflows and use automation to improve customer experiences and internal processes • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Account Management to optimize processes, communication, and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Careful, precise, and reliable working style • Enjoys working with contracts and delving into detailed topics • Confident and fluent communication in German and English, both verbally and in writing • Further language skills are an advantage • Enjoys working with customers and colleagues to find solutions • Ability to organize work independently and make well-founded decisions • Comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders and personalities • Willingness to face new and unfamiliar situations • Takes responsibility and approaches challenges with curiosity and self-initiative • High frustration tolerance and resilience when facing change or resistance • Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented in challenging situations • Does not need to be a tech professional
