📋 Description

• Expansion campaign architecture: Responsible for the end-to-end execution of price increases, cart transitions and upgrades. • ARR upside analysis: Identify baselines within the installed customer base that can be targeted for a price-increase, upsell or cross-sell campaign based on their contract details. • Lifecycle automation: Design and implement the logic that moves a customer from “campaign communication” to an automated contract renewal. • Ownership of systems evolution: Design the data architecture for our future target system during a migration from Odoo. • Measure everything: Support the delivery of KPIs such as churn analysis, expansion targets and email response rates to provide a clear ROI for each campaign.

🎯 Requirements

• Highly proficient in SQL and Postgres. • Able to use Python to automate data workflows and manipulate complex datasets. • Deep understanding of contract and sales data structures. • You understand the “value story”. • A hands-on doer who thinks like an owner: able to design a 12-month roadmap but also happy to spend a Friday afternoon working in a database. • Likely 5+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps or a technical finance role within a B2B SaaS environment.
