📋 Description

• Ensure the technical excellence and strategic consistency of corporate legal solutions. • Handle complex matters, strategic contracts, and M&A transactions. • Mitigate risks and generate value for clients’ businesses. • Ensure in-depth, up-to-date legal analyses aligned with clients’ business objectives. • Provide technical leadership to the team and review deliverables. • Drive the development of advisory solutions through long-term vision and innovation. • Provide technical support on complex corporate advisory matters, strategic contracts, and M&A transactions. • Lead legal relationships with key clients. • Strengthen the firm’s institutional positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law. • Postgraduate degree in Corporate or Business Law. • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). • At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate advisory, contracts, real estate law, and M&A. • Fluent English required, including a proficiency assessment. • French is desirable. • Experience with strategic and complex transactions. • Strong technical decision-making skills. • Critical and proactive mindset. • Continuous improvement mindset and commitment to legal innovation. • Ability to structure legal solutions with a business-oriented perspective. • Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams. • Excellent organization and efficient deadline management. • Strong knowledge of corporate, company, and contract law.
