📋 Description

• Ensure the technical excellence and strategic consistency of corporate legal solutions. • Handle complex matters, strategic contracts, and M&A transactions. • Mitigate risks and create value for clients’ businesses. • Ensure in-depth, up-to-date legal analyses aligned with clients’ business objectives. • Provide technical leadership to the team and review deliverables. • Drive the development of advisory solutions through long-term vision and innovation. • Support complex corporate advisory matters, strategic contracts, and M&A transactions. • Manage legal relationships with strategic clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed law degree. • Postgraduate qualification in Corporate or Business Law. • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). • Five years of professional experience in corporate advisory, contracts, real estate, and M&A. • Fluent English required, with a proficiency assessment. • French is a plus. • Experience with strategic and complex transactions. • Strong knowledge of business, corporate, and contract law. • Technical decision-making ability. • Critical and proactive mindset. • Continuous improvement mindset and commitment to legal innovation. • Ability to structure legal solutions with a business-oriented perspective. • Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams. • Strong organizational and deadline-management skills.
