📋 Description

• Handle employment litigation cases of medium and high complexity, conducting strategic case analyses, identifying risks, and defining legal strategies • Draft and review pleadings, including defenses, appeals, submissions, and other legal documents • Attend hearings, deliver oral arguments, and negotiate settlements, representing clients’ interests • Prepare litigation and contingency reports, including risk analysis and classification • Liaise directly with clients, presenting analyses, litigation strategies, and case updates • Handle administrative proceedings and out-of-court negotiations • Support legal research for the preparation of legal opinions and more complex analyses • Review pleadings, submissions, and reports prepared by junior attorneys, providing technical guidance • Participate in internal meetings and training sessions • Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and legal process efficiency initiatives • Work in compliance with quality, ethical, confidentiality, and deadline-management standards

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • At least 3 years of experience in Employment Law, preferably in strategic employment litigation • Experience handling court proceedings and drafting pleadings of medium and high complexity • Advanced English, particularly for written communication • Knowledge of the ADVPlus system • Interest in and curiosity about innovation, technology, and artificial intelligence applied to legal practice • Residence in the city of São Paulo, Brazil, is required
