• Manage full-cycle recruiting for cleared and non-cleared positions • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans • Source candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, events, and passive outreach • Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications • Maintain accurate ATS documentation, disposition codes, and recruiting records • Support pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screens, and verifications • Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO/AA, Native Preference, and federal contracting requirements • Analyze market trends and provide staffing recommendations • Support college outreach, recruiting events, and strategic hiring initiatives • Negotiate offers and manage onboarding coordination
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in federal contracting or cleared recruiting • Knowledge of DoD/IC recruiting, security clearances, and federal hiring regulations • Experience with enterprise ATS and CRM platforms • Strong sourcing, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills • Proven success in a metrics-driven recruiting environment.
