• Overseeing multiple locations across the West Coast region for our Souvenir division • Managing operations, business strategies, and overall performance • Leading and motivating a team of District Managers and Operations Managers • Developing district strategies and implementation plans to support regional and company initiatives • Recruiting and training qualified District Managers and Operations Managers • Conducting site visits and analyzing sales activity and reports • Establishing and maintaining positive venue relations • Overseeing budgeted staff hours, scheduling, and timecards • Participating in weekly team conference calls and providing operational updates
• At least 18 years of age • Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in retail, tourism or related field • Prior proven success managing multiple locations in the retail/service industry • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
