📋 Description

• Manage parent and student communication via WhatsApp Business and email across global time zones • Send payment reminders, class updates, and performance reports on a strict weekly schedule • Coordinate feedback between 40+ coaches and parents • Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM • Serve as the first point of contact for Chess Gaja families • Work the 5:00 AM–2:00 PM IST shift after probation • Complete probation training on a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule • Work Wednesday to Monday after probation, with Tuesday as the weekly off • Join as an immediate joiner

🎯 Requirements

• Basic love for chess; 1000+ rating on Chess.com or Lichess is a plus, not mandatory • Fluent professional, polite English with strong grammar • Comfortable using ChatGPT, Sheets, and Zoho independently • Seeking a long-term remote career • Strong process orientation and follow-up discipline • Reliable laptop and mobile • Reliable home internet connection of 50+ Mbps • Immediate availability preferred/required by the posting • Must work the specified shifts and schedules • Must complete a 3-month probation period • Must provide a 2-month notice period for resignation after probation
