📋 Description

• Lead client onboarding and align paid media strategies with business objectives. • Develop detailed media plans including audiences, budgets, channels, and KPIs. • Launch and manage campaigns across multiple platforms. • Design and execute A/B tests (creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages). • Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI/ROAS. • Deliver clear, data-backed performance reports with actionable insights. • Manage campaign workflows and performance tracking in our CRM (SENTR). • Ensure structured task management and timely client communication. • Execute campaigns in both Spanish and English with culturally relevant messaging. • Own ROI and ROAS reporting. • Translate performance data into strategic recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred). • Proven track record driving measurable ROI/ROAS. • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Experience with TikTok, Retail Media, and programmatic channels. • Solid understanding of full campaign lifecycle management. • Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests. • Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency (SENTR is a plus). • Fluent in English (written and spoken). • Proactive, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
