📋 Description

• Become a key team member in a cross-functional agile team • Work closely with operations stakeholders to drive innovation in the operating model • Determine required IT business solutions and assist with implementing and prioritizing them • Conduct requirements-gathering activities, evaluate services, use internal and external data, and conduct end-user interviews • Describe business processes, including organizational structures • Assist with quality control and project management • Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements • Collaborate with the Operations IT Technology team in the Investment Bank and cross-team experts to develop solutions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience applying business analysis techniques, preferably in an Agile environment • Ability to interpret technical requirements and develop robust solutions • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people • Ability to develop long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile practices • Capacity to propose and present solution options • Willingness to question and challenge priorities and requirements • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills • Appreciation for testing at all levels and readiness to assist during user acceptance testing • Experience managing risk on IT projects • Experience with requirements management tools such as Jira
