📋 Description

• Design and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with ChowNow’s revenue goals and mission to serve local restaurants. • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing partnerships team focused on acquisition, enablement, and ongoing partner success. • Establish and own KPIs for partner-influenced revenue, tracking performance across referral, channel, and integration partners. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure partnerships are integrated into broader GTM efforts. • Develop frameworks, playbooks, and incentive programs to ensure partners are equipped to drive high-quality referrals and co-selling opportunities. • Represent ChowNow in strategic partner conversations, negotiations, and executive-level engagements. • Identify new partnership categories (e.g., POS, hospitality tech, restaurant distributors) and lead market entry efforts with strategic allies.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership roles in the Restaurant Tech ecosystem. • Have 3+ years of experience directly leading teams. • A proven track record of building and scaling partner programs from the ground up. • Have executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels. • Have experience managing a revenue-impacting team with clear success metrics. • Are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, mission-driven environment. • Have strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate win-win deals. • Have a passion for helping local businesses succeed.
