📋 Description
• Ensure Transportation arrangements are made for shipments • Monitoring customer load board and information flow in the Transportation Management System • Maintaining any team mailboxes • Performing relationship and knowledge-based exception management to any pre-defined processes • Document and organize existing standard operating processes • Learn multiple job functions within assigned team • Facilitate customer calls and updates, identify when an outgoing call is needed to offer proactive answers • Meet operational metrics • Conduct C.H.Robinson systems trainings to external C.H.Robinson customer representatives • Manage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports • Make fact-based suggestions on how customers can achieve their goals in utilizing C.H.Robinson • Act as a resource and support for peers when needed • Understand and utilize C.H.Robinson’s project-based delivery model to find process improvements and cost savings within area of responsibility and/or team
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma and/or GED • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics • Minimum 1 year of prior experience working with and troubleshooting information systems • Ability to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested • Fluent in English and the primary language of the applicable region
