📋 Description

• Drive development of user experiences to enable central observability teams to understand and manage their observability budgets • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to turn complex data into actionable, easy-to-understand visualizations and workflows. • Think beyond implementation—challenge assumptions, refine designs based on user feedback, and take ownership of delivering polished, effective user experiences. • Work with engineers across the organization to evolve the architecture powering our UIs and APIs (TypeScript, React, GraphQL). • Share accountability with UI-focused engineers across the company to build and maintain automated tests, tooling, and deployment infrastructure that improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• The ability to independently own projects from inception to delivery all while collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers. • Experience using observability tools and/or working with large-scale distributed systems so that you come to Chronosphere with the ability to empathize with our customers and understand their observability challenges. • Curiosity and motivation to learn deep, complex domains. • A habit of seeking feedback to improve your work and the ability to ask for help when you need it. • A flexible, collaborative working style. As a small team in a rapidly evolving space, we value individuals who contribute to a positive and supportive environment. • Fluency in building products with TypeScript and React.
