📋 Description

• Lead the analytical structuring of the company’s strategic projects, responsible for developing complex indicators and algorithms that support executive decision-making. • Lead the creation of KPIs to monitor project performance, ensuring the technical rigor of the data. • Develop and validate algorithms and analytical methodologies to improve the company’s operational efficiency. • Structure and consolidate technical results into clear recommendations to support management’s communication with the executive team. • Lead and guide interns, ensuring monitoring of learning, technical development and quality of deliverables. • Ensure data governance, handling extraction and processing of complex information from multiple sources.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. • Experience: Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in areas related to data analysis and metric/indicator development. • Technical: Advanced proficiency with BI tools and knowledge of data query languages such as SQL. • Advanced analytical capability for solving complex problems. • Mentoring ability to develop the team’s technical potential. • Systems thinking to integrate information from creative to logistics within the technical scope of projects.
