📋 Description

• Designing and installing customized software solutions for the customer needs , goals , and technical requirements for the implementation • Create implementation plans based on gathered requirements • Lead the implementation process by configuring , installing and integrating the company`s products or services • Providing post- installation follow-ups, and technical guidance and support during the implementation phase , troubleshooting issues to align with their business process . • Act as a liaison between the client , sales team , product development , and support teams , ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the implementation process . • Conduct training sessions for client stakeholders on how to use and maintain the implemented solution . • Create documentation , manuals , and guides to assist clients in understanding and using the product effectively . • Testing the performance of the installed system, fixing bugs, and quality checks to ensure that the implemented solution meets client`s expectations and complies with the predefined standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree , preferably in computer science , engineering or software engineering . • Fluency in English • Previous work experience on related areas • Good communication skills. • Ability to create big- picture software solutions . • Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way . • Problem-solving skills • Attention to detail .
