📋 Description

• Build an enterprise-grade agentic AI platform for a leading media and broadcasting technology company • Develop serverless, multi-tenant architecture using the Amazon Bedrock AgentCore ecosystem • Orchestrate intelligent automation across multiple SaaS platforms • Enable conversational AI interfaces for operations management, knowledge retrieval, data analysis, and system mutations • Integrate hybrid knowledge bases and develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) gateways • Orchestrate agentic skills using the Strands Python framework • Implement dual-layer security architecture and human-in-the-loop governance for high-impact operational changes • Support a platform designed for 50,000+ daily interactions with tenant isolation, security guardrails, and operational observability

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with AWS Bedrock and AgentCore components, including Runtime, Gateway, Memory, Identity, and Observability • Python development with AI/ML frameworks such as Strands or LangChain • Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures, such as OpenSearch or Pinecone • Model Context Protocol (MCP) and API gateway integration • Advanced English level • Agentic SDLC practices, including prompt engineering, evaluation, and HITL workflows • AWS serverless services including Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3, and CloudWatch • Nice-to-have: LLM security and guardrails implementation • Nice-to-have: Multi-tenancy and identity management in SaaS environments • Nice-to-have: Intent classification and conversation flow management • Nice-to-have: Observability and performance monitoring, including distributed tracing and token analytics • Nice-to-have: LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation patterns and quality assurance pipelines • Nice-to-have: Event-driven architectures and real-time telemetry processing • Nice-to-have: Foundation model selection, fine-tuning, and prompt optimization
