📋 Description

• Understand customers' business problems and pain points. • Write high-quality software code. • Conduct code reviews. • Help solve business problems. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams following an agile delivery model. • Mentor and train team members, developing successors. • Communicate in English, actively participating in meetings and reviewing and writing technical documents in English.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English (daily contact with people outside Brazil). • Availability to work at our Campinas office 3x/week. • Proven experience with Java and SpringBoot. • Strong experience developing Java-based services and APIs. • Experience with AWS services. • Proven experience in automated test development and a solid understanding of the Test Pyramid concept. • Deep understanding of GIT. • Proven experience with agile methodologies. • Nice to have: • Experience with SRE practices.
