📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and scripts • Create and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios across multiple applications and platforms • Collaborate within agile teams to define and evolve test strategies, standards, and QA best practices • Identify, document, and track defects • Work closely with developers to ensure timely and effective defect resolution • Analyze test results and quality trends • Propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes • Conduct root cause analysis • Support the leadership team in Quality Analysis across the Value Stream • Bridge development and testing throughout the product lifecycle to embed quality from early stages

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or SDET • Strong programming skills in at least one language: Java, C#, or JavaScript • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or JUnit • Proficiency with API testing tools: Postman or RestAssured • Experience with Device Farms • CI/CD practices • Advanced or fluent English communication skills • Nice to have: experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner • Nice to have: solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
